Andrew founded a global product regulatory tracking company in the 1990s in Melbourne, Australia, which was acquired by WSP Environmental in 2006. Andrew’s work includes delivery of EIATrack to members of the Electronics Industry Alliance. Andrew is a recognized world- leading expert on product stewardship issues for the electronics and clothing sectors with 15 years experience in this field. Andrew is a co-author of a key text on this subject called “Design + Environment” published in the UK and distributed globally including translations into Chinese.

This unique area of expertise is complemented with his information technology skills which allow such consulting services to be delivered to global clients via the internet in the form of web-based regulatory tracking and e-learning solutions.
