Associate – Sustainable Aviation, Mainland Europe
Leonie has a background in aero-politics and governmental affairs, latterly including some 14 years as an aviation environment practitioner. Formerly a senior executive in the international airline industry, she held a broad remit for the planning, development, delivery, communication and promotion of industry aviation-environment policies and positions.
Within the aviation, travel and tourism community she has promoted a greater corporate focus on environmental / sustainability issues through ‘best practice’ consultant studies and programmes, environmental management, training programmes and courses, publications, conferences / seminars and academic teaching.
