Fees and Charges for Registration

The fees and charges under REACH registration were adopted by the European Commission in April 2008 and are expected to pass through the Official Journal soon. The fees will be paid to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and apply from the 1st June 2008. Please click on headline above to see key details.

· Basic registration fee of €1,600 for substances produced in volumes <

10 tonnes

· Basic registration fee €31,000 for substances produced in volumes >

1,000 tonnes

· A discount of between 30% and 90% will be available for small / medium

firms

· A 25% reduction for firms that cooperate together on registrations
