The window for REACH pre-registration is between June 1, 2008 and December 1, 2008. Failure to pre-register chemicals will exclude manufacturers and importers from taking advantage of the "transitional" arrangements, forcing a company to submit full registration dossiers in order to use a substance in the EU.

In examining the information requirements for REACH Pre-registration, there are important legal, logistical and strategic issues that companies must consider before pre-registering. The seminar will provide an overview of REACH, and will discuss many of those issues.
